The Detroit Free Press reports that Ndamukong Suh (by the way, his Wikipedia page could use a photo or two) is adjusting well to his role in the NFL with the Lions after his first week of practice.
“It felt good, been not too bad of a day,” Suh said. “It felt like today was a lot better than the previous two days just for the simple fact that I’ve gotten a little more into a groove and understanding back to what I needed to do, (from) back in the minicamps and OTAs.”
It will be interesting to see just how many Huskers convert to Lions fans. Detroit is a 115-to-1 longshot to win the Super Bowl. If NFL betting is your thing, that is a vast improvement over last year’s 200-to-1 preseason odds as the Lions look to improve on their 2-14 record. It doesn’t help that they are playing in what is likely the NFL’s toughest division in 2010.
