Nebraska v. San Jose State Score Predictions
They say the biggest change in a college football team happens from Week 1 to Week 2. I saw a few defensive miscues that will likely be corrected this week as well as some work by the Husker offense on the running game.
San Jose State only managed a total of 273 yards on offense against the perennial powerhouse, UC Davis last week. This game will be nothing other than a total domination by Nebraska and will see Ganz sit down the second half.
Nebraska 56 - San Jose State 10. In the first half, SJS will be held to less than 100 yards of total offense and won’t find their way past midfield. They likely won’t find the scoreboard until late 3rd quarter.
Misha won last week’s score prediction and when that prediction arrives in the comments, I’ll feature it on the site.
We even have a prize this week with a suggested retail value of $25 (is that enough of a tease?). You can’t win if you don’t enter so get your predictions in now.

I think the 56-10 prediction is spot on, but since you already took it, I’ll go for Huskers 66, SJS 13.

I agree that the defense will not face near the challenge of last Saturday. The question on offense is will the running game shine this week. I’m going to go with 52 to 7 Huskers.

66-10

I actually think that this style of Spread Offense could give us trouble. But with the way Bo was joking around at the press conferences this week I think it was a really good week of practice. Which I hope in turns mean the defense learned a few things about who get’s what assignment.
I’m going 49-20, Huskers win!!!

Sweet prize! I don’t do much book reading, but I am interested to read what Jason put down on paper.
