Experience The Full Force of #19
Husker Nation meet Quentin Castille, (if you haven’t already). Castille, who is 6′1″ and 245 pounds, is a freshman fullback from La Porte, TX. Rivals.com listed him as the nation’s No. 2 fullback prospect last year.

Definitely a load (and a half)! Great to have him in short-yardage situations and in blocking.
Anyone up for a little score prediction for this Saturday? I’m picking the Huskers to bounce back, or as someone else mentioned, bounce the “Ball”! Let’s say 45-21.
Also, I do agree with Mike D’s comment relative to there being no comparison between Callahan taking heat and Lloyd Carr of Michigan being criticized unfairly this year. Carr has not only won a share of a National Championship (’97?) and compiled a fantastic winning record over many years, he has also been named College Football’s Coach of the Year at least once and never been named as one of the Top 5 or 10 Worst Coaches by a major sports magazine and major writer like Callahan recently was. That Sports Illustrated article by Stewart Mandel really opened my eyes back in August, and not too many Husker fans have weighed in on it, including how embarassing and/or damaging it was to the Nebraska program. I’d say from the nation’s perspective, it is comparable to being blown out at home vs USC in a nationally televised game. The Huskers need to get back to national respectability before national prominence can come back. Carr has paid his dues and performed (both early and recently in his coaching tenure), Callahan has certainly not. Both in his very poor record (worse than Solich or any other Nebraska coach on record in our lifetime) and his actions off the field.
But it’s Friday, I will try to be positive about this weekend: Go Huskers vs Ball State!

My bad, I forgot to get the score prediction thread started.
It’s friday and I’m positive again, Nebraska 56 - Ball State 10.
