So, we lost to USC. It's one game. Get over it. What's important is that we win our Big 12 matchups. Order will be re-established. It means winning in Ames, in Manhattan, in Stillwater and College Station. If we do that this year, and win the majority of our games in Lincoln, we will be in fine shape going into bowl season.

Watching the Huskers play USC on primetime TV made me feel extremely ill. They looked like a high school football team playing against SC who did not even come close to playing their A game. The Trojans could have easily dropped 50 points on the small red if they clicked. What was Callahan thinking when he ran the ball for three quarters before he let Taylor go which lead to a score that was too little too late. Steve Pederson made a huge mistake by hiring Callahan. He should have given the job to Bo Pellini. At least Pellini would have restored the nastiness that the Huskers were known for. Now nobody fears them any longer. I live in Arizona and the college football fans here laugh when Nebraska is mentioned as a player in the BCS.It's really shame. No, its sad that this once powerhouse program cannot get back to where it should be. I actually felt sorry for them Saturday night. I'm out.

it was embarrasing to see a team of coaches be so scared of an opposing team. we were capable of scoring against them, but not by running without ever passing!! Open it up Bill, and let them outplay us.......but not be help back by the coach. watching that game was simply sickening!!

I have never seen a coach soo afraid of an opposing team in all my life. How can one lead a team if he has no confidence in the team. Get rid of this pre madona and bring in someone who is not afraid of coaching like Pat Hill from Fresno St. Now that guy with this team would have smashed it down USC's throat and at least at the end of the game we would have been able to say the better team won, not that one coach was afraid of lossing by too many points, what a joke
